We are no longer able to offer our "By-the-Bag" and "The Pallet Store" online ordering.

You can email us at pallets@wickedgoodcharcoal.com and let me know if you want your pallet(s) shipped or would you like to pick-up at the warehouse in Holyoke, Massachusetts. When requested, I will send you a quote or answer any questions you may have. We accept Business / Personal Checks and also Visa / MasterCard (w/.0210 processing fee added). Credit Card payment will be by phone only.

For 'By the Bag' ordering, Ace Hardware offers our Wicked Good 'Weekend Warrior' Lump Charcoal. If you don't see our charcoal in their store, speak with the Owner or Store Manager and request that he/she order bag(s) of Wicked Good Charcoal through their warehouse. Give them Item No. 8322786

Or you can order online, just enter "Wicked Good Charcoal" in the "What can we help find?" bar. Ace Hardware will have WGC inventory by mid-May in some stores and early June in other stores.

With the rising costs of shipping, warehouse fees, e-commerce, etc., unfortunately it is no longer cost-effective to continue offering these online options.
